Walking Habit Tracker

A daily walk is one of the simplest habits to build and to track. In HabitLine, add a daily "Walk 20 minutes" habit with a lunchtime reminder, and use Skip for days when weather or travel get in the way.

How to track daily walk in HabitLine

  1. Create a habit and choose Build as its type, then give it an icon, colour and category.
  2. Set the frequency to Daily.
  3. Turn on a reminder for lunch break.
  4. Set a goal duration: 30 days.
  5. Add rules: “20 minutes counts”, “No phone calls during the walk”.
  6. Mark each scheduled day as done, skipped or failed, and watch the streak in Statistics.

Why track daily walk?

Walking is easy to do and easy to drop. A lunchtime reminder on your work PC is well timed.

Tips that help

  • Choose a fixed route so there is no decision to make.
  • Walk after meals; it fits naturally into the day.
  • Track minutes as a rule rather than steps if you do not wear a tracker.

Log it in one press
