Habitline is built so you stay in control of your habits. Guests keep data locally, and signed‑in users sync securely.
This policy applies to the Habitline website at myhabitline.com and to the Habitline desktop app for Windows.
We do not ask for, and the app does not collect, your name, address, phone number, location, or contacts.
If you use Habitline as a guest, your habits, goals, tasks, and journal entries stay on your own device and are never sent to us. In the desktop app they are stored in a local database under your Windows user profile; on the website they are stored in your browser.
If you sign in, that same data is synced to our Supabase database so you can reach it from more than one device. It is tied to your account and is not shared with other users.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive confirmation details such as the plan, amount, billing period, and the last four digits of the card, but we never see or store your full payment card information.
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and improve the site. It sets cookies and records anonymised usage such as pages viewed, download clicks, and checkout steps. The desktop app does not run analytics. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and may store it on servers outside your country.
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal and billing requirements.
We use industry-standard security practices, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and Supabase row-level security so that your synced data is only reachable by your own account.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. To delete your account and everything synced to it, send the request from the email address on the account and we will action it. Deleting your account does not remove data you kept locally as a guest — that stays on your device until you remove it.
Habitline is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as Habitline changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at myhabitline@gmail.com.
